Because Dr. Thomas Schaffer is still a real scientist with his whole heart, he is not able to withdraw his passion as a natural scientist to walk through life open minded and with open eyes. Also in the subject of vinegar research, whether in reading old scientific books or recipes, at the tasting of new developed vinegar creations, developing changed production sequences or the development of new products, our interests are widely spread.

As you can see we are quite creative in this field, try to find and enter new grounds in the widely spread field of vinegar research and also develop some new in the sourroundings of vineagar research.
