Capers in Alpine MeadowsDo Capers really exist in Alpine Meadows?

 

           Visit our Vinegar Manufacture and together with our expert in herb lore you will search your own
           capers in the alpine meadows. Under further guidance
you will refine your picked culinary delicacies in
           a pan and fill them
in glasses together with a previously prepared vinegar stock. 

           Inserted in our award-winning apple cider vinegar you will be able to enjoy these delicacies in some
           weeks at home.

 

 

           Price per person: beginning at € 12,-

           Includes: 1 pc of glass, all for your own glass Alpine Meadow Capers needed ingredients, short guided
           tour trough the Manufacture and a degustation of different types of vinegars.

           Validness: Spring until autumn 2015 (min. 2 persons)

            The harvesting time for herbs and fruits starts in the early summer and continues until far into autumn.
            You are able to harvest herbs, to sort it, to pick blossoms, to refine them, to harvest fruits, to process
            them, to produce fruit juices in different ways... we have quite a lot, but always different things to do
            over the course of the year.
